Most Novatio families pay nothing out of pocket, because their state funds it. Find your state below. We'll confirm which one applies to you on the first call.
Every Arizona K-12 student qualifies for an Empowerment Scholarship Account. There's no income test. The state deposits the funds and Novatio is paid from there, so you never write us a check. Anything left over stays in your account for other approved expenses.
The Texas Education Freedom Account program works the same way, for families who are awarded funds. Awards are limited and the application window matters, so timing counts. Families who aren't awarded can enroll at $8,500 with a payment plan.
Outside Arizona and Texas there's no state program to draw on, so families pay tuition directly. Payment plans are available, and financial aid is worth asking about.
Tell us your state on the form above and we'll walk you through which program applies to you and what the paperwork actually involves. That conversation is free, and it's the fastest way to find out where you stand.

"We actually exceeded our initial goal of learning two times as much as a traditional school."

A short email lands in your inbox with the basics, including what tuition looks like with ESA or TEFA.

Come to a live class, ask us anything, or sit with it. There is no deadline and no hard sell.
It depends on your state. Arizona tuition is $7,500 a year and the ESA covers it. Texas tuition is $8,500 a year and TEFA covers it for families who are awarded funds. Outside those two states, families pay $10,000 a year privately, with payment plans available.
See the tuition section above for the detail, and we'll confirm which one applies to you on the first call.
Every Arizona K-12 student qualifies. No income test, no disability requirement, no minimum academic standard. The ESA is a state-funded scholarship account the Arizona Department of Education deposits on your behalf. Those funds pay Novatio's tuition directly, and any balance beyond tuition stays in your ClassWallet account for other approved expenses like tutoring, curriculum, or therapy.
Core academics take about two hours each morning. The full school day runs 8 AM to 2 PM, with the remaining time for games, breaks, lunch, and afternoon clubs. There is no homework. Ever.

Yes, that's the entire point. Our platform adapts to each student's exact level in every subject at the same time. A student can be at grade 3 in math and grade 7 in social studies, and it adjusts automatically every day.
Grades 2 through 8. If your student is outside that range, tell us anyway and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
Novatio is built for students with IEPs, 504 plans, and a wide range of learning profiles, including students with dyslexia and those who've needed more support than a traditional classroom could offer.
Every Novatio student gets an individualized pace in every subject, extended time, frequent breaks, text-to-speech, and teachers on screen throughout the day. For students who need more, our Special Education Support Program adds IEP and 504 coordination with your local district, reading intervention, executive-functioning coaching, and extra one-to-one check-ins.
Those support services carry additional costs. Ask our admissions team and we'll talk through your student's specific situation before you apply.

Most online schools move the traditional model to a screen: same six-hour day, same passive lectures, same homework. Novatio was built differently from the ground up. Academics are compressed into two focused hours, and the rest of the day is spent building real-world skills most schools never touch.
